1. Where do you ship and where do you not ship?
We ship to physical street addresses within the United States only, excluding Puerto Rico. This means we cannot ship outside of the U.S., to Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO addresses under any circumstances. Our shipping system is fully automated, and shipments to these restricted locations require manual processing, which our system does not support. This is a logistics limitation, not a cost issue. We do not offer exceptions. For customers outside of the United States, international orders are accepted exclusively through our eBay store, where appropriate shipping services are provided
2. How will you ship my order?
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service for most areas. Because we ship through UPS, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. When will you ship my order?
We make every effort to ship in-stock merchandise within 1–3 business days. If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you will get an automated email once the label is created. You can view the status of your order at any time from that email. If you do not receive an email by the third business day, please Contact Us.
4. Can you ship my order as a gift?
Yes. During the checkout process, you may enter a separate billing and shipping street address. Please note that a printed invoice may be included in your shipments as part of our automated fulfillment process.
5. Can you ship my order to an alternate address?
Yes. During the checkout process, you may enter a different shipping street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
6. How soon can I expect to receive my order?
We make every effort to ship in-stock merchandise within 1–3 business days. Most orders are shipped and delivered by United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service. Delivery times vary by location. Please note that transit time begins once UPS receives the package, not on the day the order is placed.
7. When are pre-ordered items shipped?
Pre-orders may ship at any time during the estimated shipping window listed on the product page and your order confirmation. These shipping windows are estimates and are subject to change. If you move after placing a pre-order, you must notify us of your new address through our contact form.
8. What do I do if my order is lost or damaged during Shipment?
Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If an issue occurs, contact UPS immediately at 1-800-PICK-UPS with your tracking number.
9. What are your shipping charges?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for standard orders.
If your order contains more than two products, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will provide a more accurate shipping quote based on package size and weight.
